QD For Operation & Maintenance (QD O&M) previously known as QD-SBG O&M is a leading company in providing Integrated Facility Management (FM) services as well as Operation & Maintenance activities to its clients.
In year 2012, Due to the rise of the need to accommodate the transition and transformation phases from constructions to operations at Hamad International Airport (HIA), led to the establishment of QD-SBG O&M.
In year 2018, Qatari-Diar Real Estate Investment acquired all shares of SBG and became our leading shareholders and thereafter the company had become QD O&M.
In year 2021, Marafeq Qatar acquired all shares of QDOM.
QD O&M is capitalizing its own and rich experience in delivering FM activities to maintain, sustain and improve client’s facilities.
