We (QD O&M), Subsidiary of QATARI DIAR are committed to “Providing Quality & Integrated Facility Management services including, operation and maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical systems & Equipments’, District Cooling Plants, Building Management, Automation, Fire Alarm & Firefighting Systems, Potable & Fire Water Systems, Waste water collection and treatment systems, Civil maintenance, Janitorial and Security services”.

 To help deliver in our mission, we have developed and deployed a comprehensive yet pragmatic Quality and Facility Management system, which subscribes to all applicable legal & other requirements, and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 41001:2018, thereby ensuring that we:

• Fulfill the commitments made to the internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner, fulfilling their expectations and ensuring the management risks.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering professional service in a timely, accurate and reliable manner.
• Establish SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound) objectives.
• Allocate necessary resources and efficiently use them.
• Ensure all QD O&M employees are aware of our integrated policy, objectives, and procedures which shall be communicated, understood and applied within the organization and be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
• Enhance employees’ welfare and overall performance.
• Committed to the continual improvement of our Quality and Facility Management systems, and involve our employees, customers, suppliers and all interested parties in activities to help achieve this.

Meeting these high standards is the responsibility of the entire QD O&M team. We have a shared commitment to the effective operation of the Integrated Management systems and to the achievement of this Integrated Policy and the Objectives derived from it. Integrated policy is reviewed and updated as required.

QDOM recognizes its potential risks to employees working on the project, visitors to project, and the environment in areas we work. We will therefore endeavor to mitigate, control and where practicable eliminate these risks through the introduction of effective management systems.

We expect all personnel to undertake their work in a manner that does not place either themselves or their colleagues at risk.

We aim a goal of zero workplace injuries, which is consistent with our vision and values that all workplace injuries are preventable. To achieve this outcome we will:

• Conduct business in a manner that actively integrates the elements of the QDOM Health Safety & Environmental Management systems into all aspects of our operations.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and statutory obligations
• Implement an effective HSE management system to achieve continual improvement and set targets to monitor the achievement of the defined HSE objectives within this Policy.
• Proactively identify and control Health, Safety and Environmental hazards and risk in the workplace
• Support employees, subcontractors in their decision to stop work and intervene when unsafe acts or conditions are identified.
• Enable HSE performance through open communication and consultation with employees, clients, subcontractors and visitors.
• Provide necessary tools, resources and training to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the objectives and targets derived from this policy are achieved thereby ensuring HSE excellence throughout QDOM operations & maintenance.
• Maintain leadership in the management of Health, Safety and Environment.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually to ensure they remain relevant to our activities and HSE risks and to ensure continual improvement.
